Assessing your swing mechanics is crucial in developing a fitness routine that will carry over to improved performance on the course. With several years of experience and training I have developed a low impact program that works well for those looking to improve performance in their golf game and to prevent the most common overuse injuries that occur in the lower back & hips of golfers.
