FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?
For training at home you do not need expensive equipment to get an efficient workout. For those who are new to exercising I recommend having a few different sets of dumbbells and kettlebells; a yoga mat, some tube bands and some resistance bands with handles. You can really strengthen the body and build good endurance & coordination with these basic pieces of equipment.
HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR GYM TRAINER?
What I believe differentiates me is my experience & philosophy. I have been a fitness professional for over 7 years now and have been an avid martial artist for over 10 years. Combining these two forms of physical fitness provides a unique perspective on exercise for my clientele and gives me great insight on how exercise directly affects performance & overall health.
DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?
A basic outline on how to accurately track your calories and recommended ratios of macro-nutrients is part of the plan. Those who need more in depth guidance will meet me as they would a regular scheduled session and we will use that time to go deeper into your nutritional habits and build a plan.
WHAT IS THE COST?
The cost of an Assessment is $115. It is $90 per session after the initial assessment. The cost per 1/2 hour session is $60. Monthly costs can differ depending on the goals you want to accomplish and the plan you choose.
